Below are the terms of our warranty:

Warranty Period: FoxWear Helmets come with a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of your purchase.

Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, if your helmet experiences manufacturing defects or craftsmanship issues, we will cover the cost of repair or replacement to ensure that your product performs as intended.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following:
1. Damage Caused by User: This includes but is not limited to accidental drops, misuse, improper use, or failure to follow the product manual’s instructions.
2. Self-Modification or Repairs: If you make unauthorized modifications, repairs, or maintenance on the helmet, it will void the warranty.
3. Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damages such as scratches to the helmet’s outer shell are not covered under the warranty.

Submitting a Warranty Claim: If you need to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
